Process
Booking is only confirmed once a payment is received. Once you purchase the topper, we will send you the detail list to get your clarification for all the information for your topper. Then we will work on your topper. After we finish, we will send photo to you get your approval. When you approve to the proof, we will have the topper ready to ship within 2-3 days. Proof changes can take up to a couple of days each and will extend theses wait times a bit, so please give us all specific detail/information, specially on colors and order as soon as possible.
Turnaround Time
This handmade cake topper take around 10 weeks for making and delivery, it might take longer depend on the details of your topper. But occasionally we have space for rush order. There is a additional fee for all rush orders. Please contact us to know if you need a rush order.
