1.Booking is confirmed once payment is received
2.Please confirm all the color you want to change or just same as our sample.
3.We will send photo to get your approval. Proof changes can take up to a couple of days each and cost a fee (if customer change their idea). It will extend theses wait times a bit, so please give us all specific detail/information, specially on colors and order as soon as possible. All are handmade so the detail will be slightly different if remake. The color might be a bit different depend on the screen.
4.When you approve to the proof, we will have the topper ready to ship within 3 days. Pack carefully and ship to your address.
- Turnaround Time
Booking is only confirmed once a payment is received. This handmade wedding cake topper takes around 8 weeks for making and delivery, but occasionally have space available for rush orders. There is a additional fee for all rush orders. Please contact us to know if it is a space available for a rush order and fee.
